Visually define and detail the step by step sequence of the work to be done.

Identify parties to construction projects building from day to day transactions.
Module 1.3: Contractual Documentation
Identify different types of drawings used in construction projects. Deep dive into the workings of the Specification for work, payment and P&G.
Module 1.4: The Project Team
Identify key role players on a construction project and look at typical project organograms (resource schedules).
Darrell has been involved in the South African Construction Industry since 1995 and has worked on numerous large projects during this time. He has a vision to see construction companies large and small be more effective and efficient in the projects they undertake.
