SECTION 2: UNDERSTANDING
Planning phase of the project. Prepare calculations and price the work that will be required for the project. This is the strategizing or game plan phase.
Module 2.1: The Programme
Preparing a basic schedule of the work to be done for the project as tasks represented over a period of time.
Module 2.2: Resources
Identify the resources that will be required for the project and group them into teams for use in later phases of the project.
Module 2.3: Estimating
Pricing the work to be done on our projects by calculating the unit cost for each item within the Bill of Quantities.
Module 2.4: Allowables
Understand the contributing components of the Allowable (budgeted cost) and identify strategies to be more efficient and profitable.
