SECTION 3: KNOWLEDGE
Execution phase of the project. Track what has been achieved with what had been planned. This is the rubber meeting the road phase of the project.

Module 3.1: Payment Application and Measurement

Overview of the process for submitting the Payment Application to the Engineer through payment by the Employer. Practical examples of measurement of work completed on a progressive basis on the project.

Module 3.2: Cost vs Allowable Reporting

Comparison of progress (cost) with intended budget (allowable) on various differing methods and components to monitor efficacy of the project.

Module 3.3: Forecasting

Look ahead and combining what has already happened to project potential outcomes of the project in terms of time, revenue, cost and profit.

Module 3.4: Contract Reporting

Introduction into terminology used in reporting and practical sample examples of Contract Reports that can be used on a project.
